Villa Maria is a completely renovated old country farmhouse situated in the little village of Massa. It was faithfully restored in 1990 mantaining its original architectural integrity. The village is not far from the old town of Maratea and Mount San Biagio where the statue of Christ the Redeemer stands.
The villa enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Villa Maria and its swimming pool and courtyard is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden full of trees and flowers. There are several ancient palms and agave plants which add further character.

It is suitable both for small and large weddings.
The villa is used exclusively for wedding ceremonies and receptions held alfresco.
and caters for parties of up to 150 people.
The pool is available for use by the guests.
The villa has private parking, and a large covered terrace and barbeque overlooking the pool .

The menus are provided by a local catering company who provide elegant candlelit tables, chairs and place settings, an Italian wedding cake, mineral water, wine and coffee. Floral centerpieces can be arranged additionally.
Our caterer supplies all the items and equipment necessary to provide a quality service to our clients. All the cooking and catering is done on the premises.

For a wedding ceremony and reception here at the Villa Maria, the hosting fee is 1.300 euros for up to 50 people. For numbers in excess of 50 people the surcharge is 25 euros per person.
There would be an extra charge for things such as menus, transport, musical entertainment, flowers and any additional requirements. Exact figures would be dependent upon the details.
